  I am in Battle creek.. I know what you mean about rent I want to buy a building n my home town but I have my wonderful smart mother telling me to hold off, stay where I am at.My husband build me a studio on our land so I have a nice proff. place to meet my brides. I pay taxes and had to fight for the permit to open it. I have 4 kids at home so it works for me to stay here.. keep in touch.

  Well things are good for me I run a home studio. I have a separate building that i do business from. I am down as far as bookings but the ones I have booked are BiG weddings. So I guess it evens out . :blowkiss:for me the season is still early.. where are you in MI.?

But I think it's a good idea for your portfolio for that FD. Personally, I think she's hoping for a "taker" on that 30%, baiting you to see if you'll offer anything.
