Coupon Amount

I see that the coupons on "fixed" only allow for a flat dollar amount, ie: when entering $9.95 is rounds to $10.

Not that big a deal on this one,

Boss, I would also like to see the coupon promo be able to only be applied for specific products or price ranges...
for example- there is no way to say take $5 off any item $30 or more, the $5 off can only be used towards all products even items that may only cost$15....so I found using the %off works better for me...

or if you just had a sale on tulips only and wanted to apply coupon to just tulips, not roses or mixed arrangements....

with that being said, we can create hidden products with special prices that only exclusive email customers can click on, I believe thats what Randy (RC) does with his campaigns...I havn't tried that yet but will look into it.

Mine right now, is based on free delivery, regular $9.95, but the coupon defaults to $10.00, not a big deal, but down the road it could be.

I have to play with it some more. One thing, like you mentioned, you could build you coupon *Tulip* and only apply it to tulip orders, while I see they could use it on any order, you can update the order, notify the customer that *discount does not apply* and go ahead unless they cancel.

I'm sure the coupon capabilities will change and grow over time as F20 evolves... not to worry... I love being a guinea pig! :rofl:

You're correct - in time the coupon program will grow in scope and power. Adam's idea is definitely on our radar.

It's an upgrade to the platform. Some sites have received the upgrade, some haven't. If your site hasn't received it yet, you will soon.
