It takes guts to publicize potential failure\u00a0to family, friends and colleagues, but doing so &#8220;dramatically increases&#8221; your odds of success because you&#8217;re creating an encouraging posse to help you out\u00a0when you feel weak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Be SMART<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I think it has much less to do with laziness or willpower and more to do with the type of goals people set,&#8221; says <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Bernard-Marr\/e\/B001H6KUSS\">Bernard Marr<\/a> of resolution failure.
