I got my first part time job in my hometown florist while in high school at age 16. After high school, I chose to continue learning the flower business and was able to open my first flower shop in 1977 which I sold 4 years later, relocated to the west coast and opened Flower Tyme in 1981. We are still going strong evolving from a small shop carrying only fresh and dried flowers adapting to my customers' needs and desires for gifts, home decor, and women's accessories. I have one son , two dogs, and a wonderful sweetheart.
