I am passionate about working with flowers, something that is already so beautiful in its own right and creating something artistic with the different textures and colors. There are so many different styles of floral design and so many different reasons for those designs, the possibilities are endless.
I believe today's high-tech and fast-paced lifestyle is taking its daily toll on our lives. I love that nature provides us with a simple way to improve emotional health with flowers. The presence of flowers triggers happy emotions heightens feelings of life satisfaction and affects social behavior in a positive manner.
I have been working as a designer in different capacities for many years now, designing and planning come naturally to me and I am always thrilled to find ways to express myself with my artist’s eye. Why fresh flower design? Eleven years ago I planned, organized, purchased and created arrangements, corsages and boutonnières for my own wedding. Since then I have taken classes to learn the art of floral design because I had discovered I loved making artful designs that maintain high quality.
It is important to me that I reflect my clients taste and personality in their choices and needs for flowers.
