It's just as important for your customers to properly care for their flowers, once they get them home, as it is for you to care for them before creating your designs.

To help in this regard, FlowerChat has created some easy-to-download and easy-to-print floral care cards for its members. Print off these business-card-sized tips and slip one into the gift-card envelope with each arrangement you deliver or sell.

Because the care steps differ for foam-based arrangements versus vased arrangements, we created a separate card for each type of design. (Consumers need to be led by the hand, and assuming they understand the differences is simply asking for more than they can handle.)

If you don't have a high-quality printer, log on to the website of your nearby FedEx (formerly Kinkos) and upload the PDF with instructions on how you want the pages printed. Then you can simply go pick them up when they are ready.

Cut the cards apart and have them ready for adding to each arrangement to make sure the recipient receives this important information.
