A customer whose floral arrangement lasts and lasts is going to be a happy customer. But you've got to educate that customer about the steps necessary for long vase life for that to happen. After all, how many times have you had a customer complain that their flowers died yet the flowers were in a vase full of fetid water?!
For Valentine's Day, FlowerChat aimed to help in this regard by supplying its members with some predesigned floral care cards that are sized so you can print them out and insert them into gift-card envelopes. One version is designed to educate recipients on vased arrangements, while the other gives tips for those who receive foam-based designs.

We got some feedback on those original care cards and have updated them for the Mother's Day holiday. So check out the new versions here, then print them out and help educate your customers this holiday. And cross your fingers that your customers' recipients actually
read the cards, follow the directions and enjoy their flowers for a long, long time. If you can help make that happen, then, when it comes time to buy flowers in the future, you can be sure that your shop is the first one they will call for "more of your gorgeous, long-lasting flowers!"

P.S. We designed the cards for easy printing yourself on Avery-brand business-card perforated paper stock (or a comparable brand that fits a 3.5-inch x 2-inch business-card size). You can also simply
print them on regular paper and cut them apart or upload the PDF to your local copy shop to print and cut for you.
Let us know if you have tips for improving these cards. We'll incorporate the best ideas and upload a new version for future use. Send your thoughts and suggestions to [email protected].
