FTD is excited to announce “FTD’s Road to the World Cup Sweepstakes,” which will award one FTD Florist and a guest with the opportunity to attend the prestigious 14th Fleurop-Interflora World Cup design competition from June 11-13, 2015 in Berlin, Germany. Additionally, Fleurop AG, the competition host and leading floral network organization in Germany, also has competition packages available for purchase.
Fleurop-Interflora World Cup is the preeminent design competition for the international floral industry. Held every four to six years, the purpose of World Cup is to showcase the craftsmanship, creativity and intensive cultural exchange of the floral industry. Throughout the three-day competition, 24 international competitors will create unique floral masterpieces with pre-planned and surprise materials. FTD Education Consultant Jacob McCall AIFD will be representing FTD and the United States in the competition.
Sweepstakes Details
“FTD’s Road to the World Cup Sweepstakes” begins on April 1, 2015 and ends on April 10, 2015. The prize is a once in a lifetime opportunity that includes a trip for two to the Fleurop-Interflora World Cup in Berlin, Germany, plus:
· round-trip airfare for two
· hotel accommodations for five nights (June 9 – 14, 2015)
· tickets for all three days of the World Cup design competition
· tickets to the semi-finalist announcement and demonstration event by reigning World Cup champion Stein Are Hansen from Norway and leading designer Elly Lin of Taiwan
· tickets to the final night gala dinner and award ceremony
· $500 spending money
To enter, active FTD Florists are required to “like” the FTD Mercury Network Facebook fan page at www.facebook.com/MercuryNetwork and complete the sweepstakes entry process. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about April 14, 2015.
