Martha Stewart container

I have several of the glass MS vases. The ones that look like a fishbowl in the center of a pedastal with a tiny top. She had designed, I think, 5 stems of lilies with bear grass.

I'd like to do something with these and not look like her stuff. Any ideas what to do about the large center?

I might use them for Vday if I can figure out something to do with these.....
