New FSN Interface and Functionality

Hey all FSNers.

Is anyone switching over to the new FSN interface, and what do you think? It has been available for a little over a week, and has some great upgrades that are really nice.

Here are some of the upgrades I have found appealing:

Old news
-the upgrade to editable elements (More SEO friendly)
- Editing the descriptions and price points, and set price points for holidays has made us more profitable
- Add custom useful links

New News
- Date ranges all over the interface are easier to select
- Delivery confirmations!
- Add links to your social media sites!
- Print enclosure cards
- Edit testimonials

An inside scoop: Canadians - more delivery options are coming! This will be very useful too!

And I don't know exactly when it was added, but the CELEBRATE THE DAY vased arrangement, is definitely one of our proven best sellers! (Put it on all your happy occasion pages! 1 out of every 3 callers request this one)

Fruit Cocktail, Half Dozen Pink Roses, Celebrate, Birthday Confetti, Peaceful Comfort, Magenta Sunset Urn, Perfect Love, Floral Attraction, Pretty In Pink, Sweet Georgia Peach, Pretty Lady, Floral Attraction, Tempting Tulips.

(The designers got ill if they heard the phrase "Remember Mom" by about Wednesay of Mother's Day week! Must have shipped about 100 of those)

That's off the top of my head! We make sure that we ALWAYS have the product in stock for all of the above, because invariably, we get multiple orders for all of them each week.

(You just created 2 hours of site updates for me! I realized that I have to get some stuff moved around after thinking about that) ;)

On another note, knowing what is selling well has been very beneficial over the last several months. We are able to tweak pricing up on those best sellers, and make them our featured products on the site. Very nice for increasing our margins. (I know, DUH, but it took some time to learn this business!)

Eg. Half Dozen Roses is at a VERY NICE price point for us and we still sell a lot of them.

Duane as I understand it everyone will be going live in July, this will be their new format. Have been doing a Beta since before Mother's day. Some stuff I like, some I don't.
I've been on FSN from almost the start, 'celebrate the day' has been one of our best sellers as well.
Unfortunately, we are in need of some new designs - I guess I need to get on the phone about that. Some arrangements have been around too long.
No matter what's on the home page, it sells.

Yea, we are working on adding our own images too, but that process seems to be difficult to get started.
 
Those are very appealing images from FSN. I certainly see why Celebrate is a PBS.
