There is no need in this point and time in your "startup" that you should even consider signing on the dotted line. All of the POS's mention by Ryan have no contracts. Will yourself to no debt (or limited debt). Once your system with a WS is paid for it becomes "non-compliant" (in thier words) then they charge doubel servicing fee. Many platforms built in for them to make money.
