  Cheap - nope. But I did notice it's for "Creative Director" which is equivalent to management .... some shops will pay easily $50k for a good, or great manager. I think Queen of Weddings posted some time ago that her designers get upwards of $20+ hourly .... we should quit & go work for her ! lol God knows I think I'm making like 20cents an hour right now .
