Hey - No Luck Huh? - It's not a white box.. it just gets a White " border" around the space when you click on it to type. It's basically right down the bottom on the left hand side, just under where you see the Smile icons and such, beside the " send button"..... Maybe try again later..... You'll get there.... You're not the first and you won't be the last.. Catch ya.. Karla

No problem about the Flash Chat - It can be a little confusing when you first start.
If you want.. jump back in there now and We'll give it another go. The Box comes up when you put your curser into it to start typing.
