Happy New Year to you, yes we sold in Jan to a investor type from NYC> everyone stayed but they are down as everyone else, Richard bought a new business he loves, RSVP, a high end mail marketing (similar to valu-pac only nicer). The shops down here are hanging in there several on the verge of collapse.
