I had a gentleman call tonight about 25 minutes before we close and requested that we send an eslie spray to the funeral home for a vistitation at 8:00am the next morning. I said fine I could do that. Then he started to tell me what a close nit family this was and if the flowers were not great he would hear about it. I asured him we would create a beautiful arrangement and deliver it tomarrow morning. He went on again how the arrangment should not be skimpy it was representing his company. I offered to take him to our website to see the arrangements, because I knew he was on line. He declined and went on again about the quality of the arrangment. I said again we would create a beautiful arrangement. Any advise as to how I could have handled this better? What else to say?
