My Elvis Story: Years ago he called an order to my shop and wanted to send some flowers to a lady in a little town about 20 miles away. It was his Birthday and he always sends flowers to others on his birthday.
Anyway, we chatted for quite a while after I got over the initial shock. He continued to send this lady flowers for several years. During this time he would sometimes send a letter or note or photograph. His daughter Lisa Marie and mine were born within a few days of each other, so, he kind of followed that connection.
Once in a while we would talk with Pricilla...she wasn't talkative, but, very nice.
One time he called and asked if we were going to the FTD convention in Las Vegas. We hadn't planned to until he said he would make the reservations for us at his show. Of course, we went and sat on the front row with his Father and his then girlfriend, Linda Thompson. He died soon after that. Carol Bice
