My official title is "Marketing Director" but I am more commonly known as "the daughter". I have been in the floral industry since infancy, as my parents started Pioneer 3 years before I was born. But I have been officially on the payroll for 18 years. As with most family businesses, I don't just do one job - I work with marketing, merchandising, graphic design and product development and purchasing including semi-annual product development trips to China. I would love to work less - but the problem is that I love my work and I just cannot stop!

My real passion is Internet Marketing and teaching florists how to market themselves both on and offline. You may have read my column in Flowers& magazine in 2013, Net Effects.
