The Fitz comes from the original inventor - her name is Fitzgerald - Yes, my family and I have been to Ireland - we spent 9 days in the southeast of Ireland in November of 2001. We had a great time - family on my wife's side have Irish heritiage. Since I bought the business, everyone thinks I am the Fitz in Fitz Design and in some ways I am since I do all of the design and own the business.
