I've rented cylinder vases several times this year and always fight the buoyancy. Finally found flattened 2 oz. sinkers with a little eye for 30cents ea.. Hit them with silver paint and waa laa!
It's a great rental, the only renewing cost is the flowers, candle and submergable light.
so really less than 5.00 ea.
