So.....I was talking to a woman last night who said her hair-stylist has a website where she can actually make her appointment. She just clicks on the calender for the date and puts her info in and voila, she has her appointment.
I was thinking, how great would it be if people could use something like this on our websites to enter anniversaries and birthdays and such for us to market to them,....er....give them reminders, perhaps a week before the date. I know POS does something similar, but wouldn't it be great to have right on our websites, so the consumer can enter their own data?
