Cancellation Denial

ok... heres what i dont understand, why did you keep the plant so long?? i would have sold it and told the relay company that if and when the order was to be delivered i would make it up with fresh flowers to the same value!.. i would have taken their delivery fee for the first attempted order and then no one would be out of pocket!!.. do not let them dictate to you on how you run your studio... they could take my offer or leave it... but i will not keep anything on hold for more than one day!!!
 
Just say no to Just Flowers - they are always a problem looking to happen!
I ask them to wire it, will not take a verbal order, that way if there is a problem we have proof, they usually dont, so fine.
