Changing CC processing companies

Anyone have issues switching their cc terminal from Teleflora to another processor?

We are currently in the process of switching processors. After a day trying to pry my password to unlock the terminal, we got the software downloaded. Now the software will not unzip because of proprietary lock program in the machine....thank you Teleflora/Elavon. Of course i called TF and they say call the processor, its not them. The processor says, they have no proprietary software downloaded... I guess my only other option is to purchase a new terminal.

I first got a new processing company, with a new machine. But after I changed to a new POS.. They were able to process through the software using my old TF machines. You can message or call me with questions
