Country drop-down menu

This is still REALLY stupid to me, but I have now had 3 complaints. Americans are super spoiled, I know this. But......is there any way to put USA and Canada at the top of the list for country for the check-out process. It is the number one complaint I get about my site, and I am wondering if that would be possible.

V3 let's you set a default country. In V2, we can remove the non-essential countries from the list. Just submit a ticket if you want that done.
