Extra large garden roses?

I am being asked to quote an arrangement like the picture here. I have never seen roses like this. Anyone, anyone? Also, I'm having a hard time telling if the stems are directly in the water or if they are in something. Any leads would be AMAZING! Thanks in advance...

Looks like 8 roses... David Austin perhaps.... they appear to be in a container fitted on top, I don;t see any stems showing.

clear shallow tray with oasis, sitting on top of the container. Definitely a garden rose.

Why don't I ever see these at the Flower Mart? Are they easy to find in a blush pink do you know?
