I mentioned I was going to hold a floral design class a few months ago. I did not advertise it much but with the little advertising I did I got three takers. I went ahead and held the class and it's a very enlightening experience.
Things I have learned:
1) There are many things I know that I didn't realize I knew.
2) There's even more I don't know that I thought I knew.
3) My mother and I do most everything very differently form each other.
4) Two people teaching three students is very different than teaching a large group I presume. One on one compared to two on twenty.
5) I appreciate a good teacher much more than I did before.
6) Our shop is really, really, really small.
7) It's a lot of fun!
