Just checking to see if anyone else has dealt with these people. They operate out of Florida and have domains set up for most major towns/cities including listings on 411 for local city named shops. Our business is "Palm Springs Florist." Generic I know, but we do own a registered trademark on "Palm Springs Florist" by virtue of long term use. (nearly 70 years.)
We were able to get them to remove their fraudulent website "palmspringsfloristtoday.com." but still working on their listing on 411. Just wondering if anyone else has had to deal with these people and what tactics if any were successful?
