Has anyone done the high heel arrangements? If so, what do you do for the mechanics? I would like to try a couple for MD, just trying to figure out the best way to do it.

I did some for a funeral, long story, here is the picture.
They had a tiny glass votive holder in the toe with a 1X1" square of oasis.
