I need to make an American Flag and need some help on ordering flower amounts. Flag needs to be 2'x3' - how many red carnations,white carnations? Any ideas for the blue field. Any suggestions will be helpful - thanks!

I don't know what your budget is and if you don't want to paint flowers...for the blue field I'd lay in a solid foundation of blue hydrangea and then place your chosen white flower (50 stars) in nice straight lines in to the hydrangea. Just a thought

For the blue field, I'd use statice and lightly dust it with more blue paint, with white cushion pomps for the stars. Take the 2 feet height, divide by 13, to get your row width, likely you'll need a double row of carns for each row. then divide the 3 feet by maybe 3 (inches per carn)... and order more than you figure...
