FlowerChat is pleased to announce that we have implemented two new forums under the New Members Introduction forum, one for Approved applications and one for Declined.
We have an automated script that will update the New Member Introductions forum on a regular basis. Any threads started by members with full accounts will be moved into the Approved forum, and threads started by members with Closed accounts will go into the Declined forum.
This will allow our membership to focus on applications that still require some attention. Since approved member intro threads will often involve an ongoing dialogue, we didn't want to close or remove the threads - the conversation can now continue in the Approved forum. Declined members will be archived in the appropriate forum as well.
Please note: Since the software makes the move based on the usergroup of the member who initiates the thread, it is worth reminding everyone that the New Member Introduction forum is not the place for discussions of procedure or other questions. Only introduction threads should be posted there.
