Spent about ten minutes going through their sites.
Very confusing how they do it.

Looks to be an MFA (Made For AdSense) Splog selling banners to OGs. See the gibberish (computer generated text) below the fold? This is a throw-away site that some webmaster cooked up quickly to gain income from displaying AdWords ads.

Did you actually find this doing a search? I think G is getting better and better about ridding results of this kind of garbage.

Do report the garbage to Google's Adwords team by clicking on the 'Ads by Gooooooogle' link. You'll be taken to a page about Google's Advertising program and if you scroll to the bottom of that page, you'll see a link that says "Send Google your thoughts on the ads or the site you just saw".

Click that and file a report. (The report will display just below the link you just clicked.)

You are now officially a spam hunter. :>
