Plant I.D. help

The picture attached is one of my corporate client's vision for the holidays. They want this look minus the big snow balls. So I see green tea roses and some dendrobium orchids. But what are all the laterals?
I'm assuming this pic is all faux flowers but mine will be all fresh cuts.

It's too bad ruscus is so pricey. I think white heather and cedar would fill in nicely.

Looks like dendrobiums and white montecasino.

That would be my guess too, hard to see, almost looks like a flocked foliage.

It's dendros and flocked cedar. A LOT of dendros. A good alternative would be Star of Bethlehem and/or white Veronica.

TIP ~ for a flocked look, I spray some white paint on pine and for a fluffy flocked look I spray glue on the stems and then dip them in shredded styro.
