Does anyone have a source for spray, or bush gardenia? Not a plant, but cut branches with blossoms. I've seen it before, but for the life of me I can't find any anywhere. I was hoping to use it for a wedding coming up next month.

It looks as if someone had deeply pruned a gardenia bush, and bundles the cuttings. The blossoms are smaller than the hybrid gardenia.

I've tried all my usual sources, and Googled it also, but no luck.

Thanks for any light you can shed on this for me!

Peggy, I'm absolutely no help to you with this. I've seen what you're talking about though. They were the hedge around a house we visited in North Carolina in July. I would take a bet that what you saw was as you thought ~ trimmed from a bush. I doubt very much that any will be blooming on hedges anywhere in North America in the next month. Can you do silk?

Probably cheaper to but 10" plants and cut them yourself....
