I've read several of the posts in this forum, and it seems to me like it is full of good people, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this community.

As per what I read in the New Member Requirements, here goes:

Business: 1WebNet.com

Location: Alma, Arkansas, USA

Type of Business: Website design and hosting

About Me: I am semi retired - from residential remodeling and construction. The work I did, as a business owner, included not only building construction, but also landscaping. After 35 years in the business, it was time to hang up my rake and hammer. But it's too early in my life to stop working. Sure, I could be at the golf course, or on the lake, and I do that from time to time, but I have work running in my veins.

I have always been somewhat artistic. I love to design, draw, create things from whatever resources are available. So, I decided that working from home, and not depending on the weather to be able to work, would be a good plan for me. I am able to be creative, and help others at the same time. Perfect solution.

In an attempt to accomplish that goal, I decided to put together a website where I could offer my creative abilities to others and not have to charge an arm or a leg. I call my new project 1WebNet. Hopefully, I'll be able to help some of the members here, but if not, I would still like to be a part of this creative community.

Being surrounded by art and creativity is something that is important to me. I thrive on it. Maybe that's why I did well in the remodeling business. I have an eye for what looks appealing. If one of my workers had something aligned even slightly askew, it was immediately corrected. If the paint color wasn't just right, it got repainted. I approach just about everything I do with that attitude.

Anyway, thanks for letting me be a part of this community, and I hope to have a long relationship here.
Glenn
