Wrapping techniques for bouquets

Can you share some of your wrapping techniques for bridal bouqets (handtied)

I wrap stems with satin ribbon and use a lot of crystals, or pearls, buttons, last fall I wrapped sun flowers with burlap and tied with binder twin. it was a barn wedding! The look was awesome. There is no limit on what to use.
