Wow, I sent a flyer to CT florists last Thursday about my new business, and already got 8 back from the PO, out of business, no doubt! Sad!

I'd be curious as to the number mailed? And how many you get back vs. number sent.

The closings are happening everywhere, and not just to "bad" shops.

I mailed about 180 ...as you know, CT is itty-bitty. The 8 I got back so far, were all good, established shops, except 1, that's what I found alarming. The # of shops closing here has been wild over the years. In large cities like Bridgeport, New Haven it took me a day or two to visit all shops in one city, when I first became a w/s rep. By 2000, I could visit shops in two or three cities in one day! Mailings I send to RI, MA, etc, will result the same, I'm sure.
