And this includes my 6 year old son. Michael & I were discussing the fact that we can hire the kids as long as we pay them based on their performance. So if Warren (our 6 year old) wanted to sweep the floors he could earn a couple of dollars an hour for doing it. He said, "YEAH, I would do that."
Then his daddy said something about how Warren had made a nice design the other day.
So Warren says, "I could make designs, and then you could take me up a couple of pay scales." I kid you not that is what he said to me!!! Wow! So not only does he want to design, he already wants a raise for doing it!
Watch out everyone, he may be at your shop asking for a job someday LOL
