How long and what to charge?

I am quoting a June wedding in which bride wants a single flower (rose) tied to each chair for an outdoor wedding. There are 150 chairs. How long do you think it will take to tie 150 roses with satin ribbon and simple bow onto all chairs? 2 people for 2 hours?

Also, what kind of mark-up would you do on the rose?

I'd charge $6.50-7.50/chair and allow 30 seconds per chair. Wondering if you could use two pieces of ribbon, have the bow on the rose already, then just tie them behind the chair.

chiffon ribbon would be easier to tie and may look nicer - lack of creasing in ribbon at the tie point
