I dont understand where to post anything. do i have to ba a full member to start a new thread? i checked the FAQ and the help section. but it does not say. can you help me out here???

You need to be accepted as a full member before you have access to the whole site...
Have you done your intro at the new member section? If so you'll just need for people to vote you in and make sure you check back there for those that may want to get a bit more info from you before voting...
