Finally getting activity everyday from the Search Engine Robots. Could be the blog or maybe I finally figured out what I was doing wrong.

I am really keeping an eye on the googlebot. That one has been the most trouble.

Wow Eric! those are some nice hits!! What are you useing to track those bot hits?

That information is from our access log. You really have to keep in eye on it because it provides very detailed information about how people are finding your site, keywords activity, what robots are indexing, who is accessing the site, IP address, and my favorite Unauthorized atempts to gain access to the site (I know who you are) and so fourth.

I think one of the things that really makes a big difference with the search engines is the amount of time your website is active and updated. It really seems to get better with age. So lets see October 2004 to now. Man that is some stinky cheese!!

It really is starting get fun.
