Need FSN Help

I've scoured the "help" section on fsnf2f to find out how to change the 80/20 rate of the filling/sending florist on our f2f listing. I'd very much like to change ours to 90/10.. possibly even 100/0 for certain orders (depending on whether or not our customer is 'hard to please' or even based on my nervousness level with shops I'm unfamiliar with. Can anyone help me access this setting to edit?

I'm not associated with FSN but I think you have to email them and have them change it.
