Need Ideas - Re-purposing Maids Bouquets

I've got a bride who is on a tight budget with 9 Maids.
Typically I re-purpose 3 bouquets per table which makes a nice centerpiece. But I need to stretch these bouquets to cover 9 tables.
I've attached a pic of an assemblage I do for brides but it's still too expensive and this bride does not like greenery.
I need ideas of inexpensive ways to make a single bouquet fill out a 10-top table. Any ideas and pictures would be welcome.

What about individual blooms (gerbs, dahlias, etc.) floating in the cylinder vases. Or floating candles. Maybe color the water?

How about this, rent her a bubble bowl to put it in. we have done similar for centerpieces and put some glass beads in bottom of rental for $10 each,

I would do the manzanita with just crystals no flowers and the 3rd cylinder would have just a floating candle. I would charge 40.00 a table and it is all pure profit...If she can't afford 40.00 for a great look she can't afford a florist...but she couldn't do the flowers herself for less...
