bloomz, I've noticed this too. In fact to take it one step further, sometimes the, as you put it, "the picture box dealie" isn't even there at all.

The little icon near where you can bold or italicize or quote - the picture icon - it opens the box for me but is blank. Right above where I am typing now.

Such technical terms coming from you "Tech Guys"! Jeeze and you give me a hard time for my explanations and terms:
"Thingamagigs, whatchamacallits, rose coodies, etc"
