I know we've talked about stuff like this before, but I need a refresher. I just googled my shop just to check things out. I don't have a huge web presence, was just killing some time. Under my Google listing, I clicked on "Reviews" from yahoo and saw that there actually was one. I take this really personal as I am a one-woman show:
"my flowers were awfull and they died in 2 days, the lady was rude the shop was hot, everyone told me to call the other flower shop in milford but I didn't listen, next time I will............"
I feel sick to my stomache and need some advice on how to let this go. I am not the type of person to ever be rude to a customer, it is just not my nature, ever. The date of the review was during the summer. I have no air conditioning and always apologize to my customers for the heat, which is why I'm only open until noon in the summer. I need to check last year's calendar when I get to work today to see if I was even at work that day because our county fair was going on that week and I often take days off to transport my children to their designated competitions, etc.
The only odd thing is that there's just one other review by this same yahoo reviewer dated the following day but no business is listed.
I just hate this because if you look for a florist in Milford, NE, the listings come up and right next to mine is a little snipet from this person's review. Based on that, I wouldn't call me either!! The yahoo user's name is "don't shop there" which stands out in bold letters--who could miss that?!
Do I comment on this review? What would you do?
