November the 5th will have to go down as one of those days from hell , that will take a long time to forget, started short staffed , incoming flowers , only 1 part-time employee, lots of orders and me having to leave by 1pm to attend a funeral. Left late took 5 deliveries with me , dropped two off between church and graveside, beat it back to shop to do up more orders and delivered them all except one for the children's hospital. Got to reception , just finished eating got call from daughter , grandson # 1 having problems breathing , picked up sitter , got to hospital by 6pm. Got home at 1:30 pm up at 5:30 having to bring grandson back to hospital for 8:30 appointment with specialist. Something on lung , hopefully only pnuemonia , keeping fingers crossed . So rushed never got to shower or even get a coffee, hope I don't get too cranky , later today. Sunny
By the way Rock , your order for the children's hospital got there at 6:30 last night.

My prayers are with your grandson. Almost a year ago my youngest cousin spent a month in sick kids on a respirator. This is a heart-wrenching time, not knowing the problem. Please keep us updated on his progress.

Thank you for the prayers , must have worked , specialist says its only pnuemonia, he on his way home as we speak, the only drawback is his cat has to find a new home for a while , any takers , I've already got one 18 year old cat ,a 1 year old cat,a 6 year old dog, a gerbil, frog and fish to look after. BY the way I see your Leafs finally won at home, maybe they've turned a new leaf, ha . Yeah I know the Habs lost!!

Glad things are looking up for him. Too bad about the cat. We've just added two kittens in the shop, and I've a menagerie of rodents at home.

Oh ... and how about Jose's five-hole?

I had hoped that after the superb game he turned in on Friday night , he was back , I guess not . I didn't see the high or low lights of last nights game , did he look bad or was it a team effort to lose?

take heart, sunny....they are not all like that and a good thing...you sound like a most caring person and one that can be counted on when someone is in need....trust you finally got a coffee at least
 
Thank heavens , Thursday was much better, looking forward to a busy weekend, with memorial wreaths. Grandson #1 is on the mend and happily the cat didn't leave. Saw both of them last night , got big hugs from Brandon and a scratch on the arm from the kitten.
