We do basic greening on all our specials, centerpiece containers and tributes ahead of time. The designer then has the option of adding additional greens to their preference as they arrange.

We're lucky, we have an extra cooler that we don't use all the time. We use it at holiday times - using this cooler we're able to work a day ahead and keep our OT to a minimum.

Other than spraying the greens with Crowning Glory, no.

We pre-green vases and baskets with a few days lead time. The employees that green earn less than the employees that do the designing so not only is it a time saver, but also a payroll expense saver. We do this everyday as well as during the holidays. We spray the greens with Green-Glo and give them a water misting daily. We find it a VERY efficient production method!
