Heart's Entwined

I named this arrangement "Heart's Entwined" because it was originally done for Valentine's Day.
The vibrant red roses stand high above the entwined hearts formed with bear grass. The roses are called El Toro and are grown by our local rose grower on Vancouver Island.
At the base of the roses I have used white waxflower .
This arrangement is quite appealing, but I'm a bit taken back by the busy-ness of the waxflower and bear grass.

Lovely design...reminds me of Capri...Blue Grotto...Bella Italia....Pompeii....very classic, but I think the urn is too small as the entire design looks a bit out of balance due to that...just as if it might tip over any moment???

Very pretty and striking. Love the placement of roses and bear grass - very clean. Would have liked for the base to be a bit cleaner.
Beautiful design. Very sellable.

I meant to post with the rating, but as usual, i messed up.

Anyway, the one thing that kept me from giving this a perfect ten is the absence of red at the base of the design. Even an accent of a couple of ribbon streamers, or a tinted galalx rose, or faux rubies, or even a couple of red glass orbs would have been just enough to bring the red color down to the base.

Very nice! I love the waxflower and bear grass with the roses.
