Ithink it should be used for all 3 occasions mentioned above......only maybe send larger amount for funeral than hospital?

I've been wondering how information regarding these events is going to be gained. It appears that some members have contact with each other off the board. Others don't. I'm not certain that most of us, on coming down with a serious illness, are likely to be anxious to post the situation on the board. Likewise with family deaths. Don't misunderstand; I support the concept. I'm just uncertain how it would work.

I understand your concern Tom. I think though, judging by the "grapevine" (Sunny, case in point) we have already established here, the problem will be minimal.
I would hope we also honour the privacy of people. Some may not wish to have their personal life as part of the board...hopefully, we will ask first, post second.
