We are less than 2 weeks away from the "FTD Homecoming" on August 16-18 in Livonia, MI. FTD employees from the "member owned" days will be coming together for a great weekend.
Doug Parks and myself get to MC the Saturday night dinner that has well over 140 sign up. Many of the attendees haven't been together for over 15 years...some much longer.
The biggest fear the organizers of the event have is that some former employees still don't know about this event. If you or a friend that worked at FTD before the fire sale of 1994, please pass along this message. We can always accommodate more for the dinner.
We have a number of former FSRs (Andy Harvill, Chris Krull, Matt Sosnowski, Ken Ferrington) coming in for the event... and I'm hearing that there might even be a Frank Baccala sighting.
It'll be great and we'll make certain that we post some pics after the event.
