Siembras Visión, S.A. has been a producer and exporter of prime-quality roses for 15 years. Our main offices are located in Guatemala City, and our farm is in Santo Domingo Xenacoj, 40 minutes away from La Aurora International Airport. The region of Sacatepéquez, where we are located, has a tradition of producing high-quality flowers, especially roses. Currently, our farm has an extension of 4 ha. with the possibility of doubling our size to supply new markets.

I have no formal floral education, but am eager to learn!

I found you through google search.

We are exploring the possibility of providing roses directly to florists,

Formal Introduction

Hi all,

I had no idea that my telegraph-type responses on the registration form would turn into my first impression on the forum!

So again, my name is Rolf Garcia-Gallont and I work with a medium-sized Guatemalan rose farm, Siembras Visión.

Siembras Visión, S.A. has been a producer and exporter of prime-quality roses for 15 years. Our main offices are located in Guatemala City, and our farm is in Santo Domingo Xenacoj, 40 minutes away from La Aurora International Airport. I am very interested in delivering high-quality, fresh roses directly to you, the artists that make them look even better for the final customer. I believe in building relationships and putting time into those relationships, which is something a broker or wholesaler never does -- neither with the grower nor with the retailer.

So if anyone is interested in buying roses directly from the source, please post on this thread and let's get the conversation going. If anyone thinks this is a terrible idea, please post as well (or send me an e-mail directly: rolf.garciagallont at gmail dot com)

Both introductions were fine and we certainly appreciate your forthrightness in providing information.

We do have many wholesalers on site so I'm sure there will be no problem for you.

What sets your roses apart from others?
