Hello-
I am a new member to this community. I just recently (March 28th to be exact) opened a new flower shop in Southbury, CT. We are in a retail location. We sell fresh and silk flowers and products made from flowers in our retail location. As I am new to the industry (my mom, who works with me, has 25+ yrs experience as a florist), I look forward to gaining some knowledge from more experienced business owners, and hopefully can bring to the table a newer, fresher take on various topics. My background is in Retail Merchandising. I was an corporate executive at two of the largest home furnishings retailers in my past life.
